Miriani is a space themed MOO that has been up for several years now, and is especially popular among blind individuals.

Trukz is an online, browser based trucker simulation.
You can do things such as bring goods from place to place, and you get to decide on what course of action to take in different circumstances.
You can even choose to drive beyond the legal limit of distance you can travel in one day.

This is another exciting space based game, which was being played several years ago, but unfortunately shut its doors.
It has since been reopened, and it is now open for player creation once again.

This site also has a very helpful set of jaws scripts, as well as a "rewrite" of monkeyterm's systems, making it much more blind friendly.
